About Meredith:
Meredith loves to move. Growing up her Dad would say to her on a daily basis “why can’t you sit still?” To this day it is the same, so it is no surprise that her path would lead her to a lifestyle of movement and fitness.
Meredith was a competitive inline skater and dancer. She has also competed as a Fitness Athlete and finished in the Top 3 in both the WBFF and NPC competitions.
In 2009 she became a certified Bikram Yoga instructor (and has been teaching with BYB/BYHS ever since). Meredith is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, certified by the American Academy of Personal Training in 2014. She also received her Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certification.
Meredith loves to help people achieve their health and fitness goals through yoga, strength training and healthy eating habits.

Meet Platejoy
Healthy eating shouldn’t be a full-time job. Often times healthy eating goes “bye-bye” because coming up with new and tasty recipes takes too much time AND we lose interest because we fall into the ‘same thing every night” rut. PlateJoy makes it easy to eat well, your way.
When you sign up for the Spring Challenge, we will give you 10 days of custom meal planning FREE to help achieve your goals!
- PlateJoy members fill out a survey about their eating habits, dietary preferences (from vegan to Paleo and everything in between), allergies, fitness goals and schedule.
- PlateJoy’s algorithms use 50 difference data points about you to create an ultra-personalized menu (rather than a one-size-fits-all plan)
- PlateJoy creates a personalized menu of healthy recipes and sends weekly grocery lists - unique to you and the way you want to eat.
PlateJoy has been featured in The New York Times, Self, Vanity Fair, The Boston Globe, Inc., and on the Today Show as the “best for custom cooking.” Check out their website, www.platejoy.com.
Once the challenge starts, we will send you a link to our BYB/BYHS page at PlateJoy. You can sign up for your FREE 10 Day Trial at that time.
