Though we do ask that you try to keep your shower use as short as possible as a consideration to the other students. Space in the class is on a first come, first serve basis. To allow for plenty of space and personal attention our studio maximum is thirty people. The studio is locked during all class periods, but please be advised to keep valuables with you in the Yoga Room. A good rule of thumb is not to eat for at least two hours before class. |
